Eric Kuper graduated from Trenton State College in 1984 before attending Western New England School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts where he received his Juris Doctor degree.   He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and US District Court, District of New Jersey.

Since being admitted to the bar in 1987, Eric has concentrated his practice on civil trial litigation in Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties, with an emphasis on workplace accidents, auto, liquor product and premises liability as well as toxic torts. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in Superior Courts throughout the State of New Jersey.   He also serves as a private and court appointed arbitrator throughout the State of New Jersey.   Currently, he is the Chairperson of the Middlesex County Bar Association Arbitration Committee and past president of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association and Chairperson of the New Jersey State Bar Association Civil Trial Section. Eric also currently serves on the New Jersey  Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Expedited Civil Actions, as well as the New Jersey  Supreme Court’s Arbitration Advisory Committee.
