David Madden joined the law firm of Martin, Kane, Kuper as an associate in 2013. He is a civil litigation attorney engaged primarily in defense work concentrating on insurance and public entities. Mr. Madden is a graduate of The Catholic University of America (2004) and Rutgers School of Law (2012). Mr. Madden was admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey , Bar in the State of New York and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Madden served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Ana C. Viscomi, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. David Madden is a trained court-appointed mediator. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Middlesex County Bar Association.
