An associate with the Firm of Martin, Kane, Kuper since 2004, Dana McDade concentrates her practice in Civil Litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice.   Ms. McDade is a member of the New Jersey and Middlesex County Bar Associations.

Dana McDade served as law clerk to the Honorable Roger F. Mahon, Superior Court Law Division, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, having received her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. There she was a member of the Trial Moot Court Board, a Student Representative to the Board of Trustees, and a student attorney with the Dickinson School of Law Family Law Clinic active in representing indigent clients in litigated matrimonial and family law related matters, and received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Award.

A graduate of Villanova University, Ms. McDade received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a dual minor in Political Science and Philosophy and studied comparative law and economics at the City of London Polytechnic, London, England, in her junior year.

Ms. McDade is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
